Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may schedule cancellation from the Account & Subscription page while signed in. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so Pro access continues until that date. A subscription scheduled for cancellation will not renew.

Failed or expired billing

If a recurring charge fails or a subscription becomes pending, halted, cancelled, completed or expired, Pro access may be suspended automatically. You can restore access by resolving billing and completing a verified payment.

Refunds

Because Pro is a digital service made available immediately after activation, fees already charged are generally non-refundable after access has been delivered, except for duplicate charges, verified technical billing errors, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Submit any request promptly with the payment ID.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside MetaChem Academy LLP’s control. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Before subscribing

Review the current price, billing frequency and mandate terms in Razorpay Checkout. Do not subscribe if you do not understand or accept recurring billing.
