Information collected

When you sign in, Firebase Authentication provides your Google account identifier, name, verified email and profile image. We store account status, subscription identifiers, billing status, access dates, security logs and limited product-usage information needed to operate and protect MetaStocks.

Payment information

Razorpay processes payment instruments and mandates. MetaStocks does not receive or store your complete card, bank or UPI credentials. We receive identifiers and status information such as subscription ID, payment ID, billing period and whether a charge succeeded.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, activate or remove Pro access, prevent fraud and abuse, support customers, maintain records, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Necessary information may be processed by Google/Firebase, Razorpay, Vercel, Groww and other infrastructure or market-data providers used to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Billing and account records are retained for operational, tax, dispute and legal purposes. Server credentials are kept outside browser code. No internet service is risk-free; reasonable access controls, signature verification and audit records are used to reduce risk.

Your choices

You may request account support, correction or deletion through the support channel published at metachemacademy.com. Some billing and compliance records may need to be retained where required by law.
