1. Service

MetaStocks is quantitative market-research software operated by MetaChem Academy LLP. It provides delayed Free research and subscription-based Pro research. It does not place trades, hold customer funds, act as a broker, or guarantee any investment outcome.

2. Research disclaimer

Rankings, scores, candlesticks, risk examples and model outputs are educational research signals—not personalized investment advice, a solicitation, or a promise that any security will rise or fall. Market data may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted. You remain solely responsible for independent verification and every financial decision.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract. Users under 18 may use a paid account only with an authorized parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate account information, keep your Google account secure and must not share or resell access.

4. Pro subscription

MetaStocks Pro is offered at ₹1,500 per month unless Checkout clearly displays another approved price. Razorpay processes the recurring mandate and may display applicable taxes. Pro activates only after server-side verification and a valid active subscription record. Failed, halted, cancelled, expired or completed subscriptions can lose Pro access automatically.

5. Acceptable use

You may use results for your own research. Automated scraping, credential sharing, resale, redistribution of market data, interference with rate limits, reverse engineering intended to bypass access controls, and unlawful use are prohibited.

6. Availability and changes

Features, data sources, supported securities and scoring methods may change. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse or respond to upstream provider restrictions.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetaChem Academy LLP is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, upstream data errors, exchange outages or indirect damages arising from reliance on the software.
